Treating customers fairly

This is an initiative launched by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") and we are pleased to say that your Society is making good progress in embedding the concept throughout the business. The Society's Board and staff have already looked at how we do business and highlighted a small number of areas where they think that the Society could do more to demonstrate that it treats customers fairly.

Now it's your turn.
