Fixed Rate Bond holiday voucher promotion T&C’s.
Entry into the prize draw is automatic for anyone who opens a Fixed Rate Bond between 14th February 2008 and 30th April 2008. The Bond is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If the Bond is withdrawn then the promotion is automatically ended. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person is permitted. The prize is a ‘World for free voucher’ through TLC (see voucher T&C’s below). There is no cash alternative. The prize does not include
any expenses arising in relation to the prize. The prize is non-refundable and is subject to availability. The Loughborough Building Society reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal value. The prize draw is open to
residents of the UK (except Channel Islands and Isle of Man)
over 18 years of age. The prize draw is not open to staff of
the Loughborough Building Society or to their immediate
family or to anyone directly connected with the prize draw.
Five winners will be randomly selected by a judge
appointed by the Loughborough Building Society. The judge’s
decision is final. The winners will be announced on this page after 14th May 2008 for a 4 week period and will be notified in writing before the end of May 2008. The names of the judge and the winners are obtainable by sending a S.A.E. to: LBS Prize Draw, Loughborough Building Society, 6 High Street, Loughborough,
LE11 2QB up to 2 months after 31st August 2007. The winners agree to participate in publicity relating to the draw and to publication of their name and likeness and county of residence for the purposes of announcing the winners of this prize draw and for related marketing

Mortgage holiday voucher promotion T&C’s
Any customer who applies for a mortgage between 14th February 2008 and 30th April 2008 that completes before 31st August 2008 will receive a ‘World for free’ holiday voucher through TLC (see voucher T&C’s below). No purchase is necessary. One voucher per household will be awarded. There is no cash alternative. The promotion does not include any expenses arising in relation to the promotion. The vouchers will be sent within 4 weeks of the mortgage completing. Loughborough Building Society reserves the right to amend

World for free voucher T&C’s.
1. The World for Free voucher entitles the bearer and up to three guests to one week’s (7 nights) holiday self catering accommodation in a selection of destinations, subject to the chosen destination and date being available. Some apartments can accommodate more than 4 people for an extra cost; this cost varies between resorts and is subject to availability.
2. The selfcatering apartment provided is fully furnished and equipped. Meals, transport (including flights, transfers, airport tax) and personal expenses are not included. A limited number of resorts may require a contribution to utility charges for electricity, telephone and/or water. You will be advised in advance of these requirements, prior to confirming
your booking.
3. If you require additional information about international or regional flights and connections, car rental or travel insurance, TLC will be able to help make bookings at preferential rates. The costs of these services will not be included in the voucher and must be paid by credit card when confirming the reservation.
4. All passengers must be responsible for purchasing adequate travel insurance before travelling. The Loughborough Building Society, and TLC accept no responsibility for any problems caused by a failure to purchase travel insurance and shall be entirely
without liability.
5. Resorts often have on-site facilities although there is no guarantee these will be available all year round
6. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment during your stay and the resort may ask you for a breakage deposit upon arrival.
7. The accommodation must be booked before 31.03.09 and be taken before 30.04.09.
8. Availability will be extremely limited during school holidays and peak seasons.
All accommodation is strictly subject to promotional availability.

9. To be eligible to use your World for Free voucher you must be over 18 years of age (21 if travelling to the US). All passengers should ensure they have a valid passport and visa, if necessary, as well as any vaccinations, according to the immigration laws of the destination country. Please check your passport and visas are valid before confirming your reservation.
10. TLC (the booking agent) reserves the right to reject any applications submitted in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
11. This voucher is not transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash or credit alternative is available. Its face value is £0.01 (one Pence sterling). Lost vouchers will not be substituted. Strictly one booking per voucher, per household.
12. Upon receipt of your completed registration and once an accommodation reservation has been made, written confirmation will be sent to you detailing your booking details.
This document must be presented when checking-in to the resort. TLC, The promoter and its Authorised Agents cannot accept any liability for any failure to present proof of reservation at the resort when checking in, which may result in refusal to accept the reservation.
13. Whilst TLC will endeavour to match one of your selected dates and destinations, all accommodation and dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to
availability. TLC and The Promoter cannot guarantee accommodation will be available on your three selected dates. If there is no availability on any of your selected dates and destinations, TLC will offer other similar options.
14. Booking requests may only be accepted 90 days in advance.
15. TLC reserves the right to replace the offer with another of greater or equal value.
16. There will be a mandatory £250 (or equivalent currency) charge if a booking is cancelled OR amended. TLC reserves the right to charge £250 (or equivalent currency) per apartment if you fail to check-in on your chosen date. This cancellation policy only applies to the accommodation booked through TLC. Any other travel elements (e.g. flights,
insurance, transfer) booked by a customer will be subject to supplier’s standard terms and conditions.
17. Additional accommodation may be available at selected resorts, please discuss this with your bookings agent.
18. TLC will contact the participant within 30 days of receiving the
voucher
19. All booking request forms must be received by 30.08.08 - any booking forms received after this date will be invalid. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. TLC must receive a booking request form before availability can be checked or a booking made.
20. TLC reserves the right to pass your information to third parties for the purpose of this promotion.
21. TLC reserves the right to make minor changes to this offer at anytime
after publication, subject to your statutory rights
22. All information contained in this voucher also forms part of the specific terms and conditions of this offer. Anyone wishing to take part in this promotion must do so in complete acceptance of the terms and conditions. By sending the reservation, the bearer of the voucher agrees in full with these regulations.
23. The World for Free offer and these Terms and Conditions contain all of the terms and conditions of this promotion, and cannot be varied by oral representation. No claims will be honoured or acknowledged outside of these terms and conditions. The submission of a completed registration amounts to acceptance of these terms and conditions and
to their interpretation under the Laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
24. TLC, the promoter and its Authorised Agents have no responsibility for the administration of the resorts and will not accept any complaints regarding the quality or performance thereof.
25. Due to circumstances beyond their control, there may be changes to the organisation of participating resorts or their owners. If this occurs you will be informed at the time of booking and a similar alternative offered.
26. Employees of The promoter, TLC or the Authorised Agent, direct family members and other people directly involved are excluded from this promotion and are forbidden from taking part. 27. The promoter and TLC may not be held responsible for any alterations to the times of flights or to routes and destinations, and reserve the right to withdraw this
offer without advance notice in the event of force majeure such as war, earthquakes, disasters, calamities or similar circumstances, in which travel to such destinations is not advisable.
28. No vouchers shall be accepted when photocopied, torn, visibly damaged and illegible or where the same control code is used. TLC reserves the right to refuse vouchers presented by people other than those to whom they were issues.
TLC shall not be liable for complaints regarding vouchers that are mislaid, incorrectly dated, incomplete, illegible expired or with parts missing.
